Description

Our youth hostel offers 92 beds in 2- to 6- bed rooms, all equipped with a basin. Partly we can provide rooms with shower and toilet. Modern sanitation are situated in the colourful floors. Besides we could hold out three handicapped accessible rooms.

Besides accomodation the range of our boarding ranges from a large breakfast buffet to lunch, packed lunchs, dinner (cold/hot), barbecues and also boarding for seminars and workshops. Vegetarion food is also no problem.

Leisure activities – no problem! On our terrain you will find for example diverse lounges, billard, streetball square, climbing tower, table-tennis, tabletop football, barbecue place, garden and a variety of board games.

To arrange activities throughout the whole stage, we organise furthermore diverse program modules and sight-seeing tours. You can book them in connection with a stay in our old villa of the 18^th century at the bottom of the castle Heidecksburg in Rudolstadt.

Besides our touristic offers, we could also provide seminar rooms up to 60 persons, equipped with modern technology for carrying out workshops, seminars or informative meetings.

In the field of international youth work, we organise interantional projects, international youth-exchanges, intercultural workshops and seminars for European Voluntary Service.

The Fröbelhaus is accessible via train and car/bus. From the railway station you have a walking distance of 5min. to our house. Rudolstadt is on the railway line Munich-Berlin. The next airports are Erfurt (40 km), Leipzig (120 km), Dresden (200 km) and Nuremberg (200 km).
