Travelmatenet.com (including all subdomains) is an interactive online offer of Travelmatenet.com and is open to travellers of all kinds.
1.1 The following Terms of Use are only valid for the relationship between Travelmatenet and the users of Travelmatenet.
1.2 The user approves these General Terms when registering as a user of Travelmatenet.com. During the registration the user has the possibility to read the General terms of use and must accept these to fully register.

1.5 Travelmatenet has the right to exclude any user, if he contradicts the General Terms of Use. The user does not have any right to claim for compensation. All the data of the user will be erased from Travelmatenet.com
2.1 Travellers of all kind are welcome to register at Travelmatenet.com.
2.2 Each user is only allowed to register once at Travelmatenet.com.
2.3 The user insures Travelmatenet.com that all given data, including uploaded Photos correspond to the truth and are not of any other origin.
2.4 Travelmatenet offers services for individual travellers as well as commercial services for hotels, motels, hostels, restaurants, bars etc.
2.5 The user can cancel his account at any given time in writing a cancellation email to end@travelmatenet.com. All data of the user will then be completely erased within 7 working days and the membership will be terminated.
3.1 The registration at Travelmatenet.com is free. All services of Travelmatenet.com remain free of charges for the time being.
3.2 Travelmatenet.com, however, reserves itself the right to charge for certain services in future (e.g. online bookings and reservations).
The user will be informed about these changes via the website.
4. Liability and responsibility of Travelmatenet.com
4.1 Travelmatenet.com is not responsible for the content added to the website by the user. This especially applies if the user violates the intellectual property rights (e.g. trademark laws) of third parties as well as the personal rights of third parties. Travelmatenet.com is also not responsible for the content of websites that were linked by the user. Linked websites that have illegal conten will be removed from the portal immediatley after they become known.
4.2 Travelmatenet.com does not garanty nor is Travelmatenet.com responsible for the truth of the data of the user (login, profil, chat, forums etc.). Travelmatenet.com is not responsible or liable for the nisuse of user data.
4.3 Travelmatenet.com is not liable for any damage which may occur by using this online portal and community platform.
4.4 Travelmatenet.com is exerted to run this platform without any interferences. However, it may come to temporary interuptions due to maintenance works and updates.
4.5 Travelmatenet.com is not liable for eventually occuring "hacker attacks" or data retrieval by unauthorized third parties and the resulting misuse of user data. Travelmatenet.com is also not liable for any damages occuring through the fact that users made their data accesible to third parties.

The court of jurisdiction is Darmstadt, Germany. The law aplpied is that of Germany under exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international sale of goods.
